Nice Hotel, very easy to manage you stay. Well equipped Bar area, very good breakfast. Overall friendly staff. I can recommend the Hotel.

We were visiting relatives and celebrated a wonderful Turkish wedding in the region. The hotel and our own room there for four days was a really good base for our vacation in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. We hardly had time to use the hotel's services. Room number 338 was almost perfect for our purposes. The view from the room was even beautiful: a fine, big tree softened the area. Even though the location of the hotel is a bit "industrial", it's a really good location for our mobility with a rental car. (Only the toilet/washroom was a bit small and had seen time.)

Good hotel but dinner was not good: impossible to have a la carte, only buffet… the carrot soup was too salty… even not enough carrots in the salt soup!!!! And the rest of the buffet was unfortunately not at the level usually expected for Mercure Hotel . Breakfast was OK

From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The room is very comfy, the staff who welcomed us was very nice and the best is the breakfast buffet. I never encountered such a buffet, it was incredible.

If you need an invoice for your stay and parking at the hotel, make sure you receive it directly at check-out. Unfortunately, I agreed to send invoices for my stays by e-mail. My last stay ended on September 1, 2023 and I have not received one of the invoices yet. During my stay, at the request of the staff, I left my e-mail address twice in order to receive invoices, but it did not happen. Only after several e-mails and phone calls, Mrs. M. finally sent me several overdue invoices and even one from a stranger (btw, I wonder what the GDPR has to say about this). Unfortunately, despite many messages, explanations, and Mrs. M.'s incompetence and arrogance, I still have not received one of them. I think this treatment of customers is unacceptable.

Nice hotel near the motorway and in close proximity to IKEA and quite a few fast food restaurants. Room was clean, had a big tv screen and a bath with shower. Virtually no English spoken tv channels however. Quite a few Russian speaking ones though.... Be aware that parking will cost an additional 12 euros for the night.

A good hotel for a short stay during a business trip. Not a central position, but next to the high way exit and with several fast food nearby. Rooms are big, modern and very confortable. A bit expensive the parking.

Our stay went really well. The staff were very accommodating. We decided to arrive a day early due to rail strikes, and they were able to update our reservation in record time. During our stay, the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable.
